What kind of tests should you go for just for general checkup in ensuring cancer detection, if any? Also how frequently?

HI, i took haemoglobin blood test, in that it showing 17.8 b/dl(13-17) looks 0.8 b/dl higher. Please let me know it will lead to any problem and how to reduce the haemoglobin count.

Hello Doctor, My wife is suffering from severe pain in her arm during muscle movement after her 4th IM injection (among a coarse of 5 Rabbies injections). She got her injection 11 days before but she still feels a lot of pain during arm muscle movement or while lifting anything from that arm where injection was injected. Can you please suggest what to do in this case. Shall i continue applying ice patches on that area where injection was inserted or should i consult to a doctor.. one more important thing is that during the time when she was getting the injection on her left hand arm, there was blood came into the injection then the nurse tried to apply the same injection on the right hand arm. When about 0.5 ml of injection got inserted then she felt a lot of pain and nurse stopped to insert more injection into arm. Since then the pain started and it didn't fixed. Still she is feeling a lot of pain while moving her right hand arm or lifting anything from that right hand arm.

I am feeling sudden dizziness with light headness sometimes during evening. Also I feel spin head if I suddenly stand up after siting quite a time. These happens with little vision disturbance and lack of concentration. Also I feel heavy and have balance problem while walking at the same time. All started one month back after recovering from typhoid. First I thought this is kind of side effects from antibiotics At time of treatment it used to happen all the time, but now it happens sometimes in the evening not everyday two three days a week. I have checked all blood count, anemia profile, kidney and liver function, vit D, urine routine etc Everything is normal except vitamin D. Vit D level is very low around 7 ng/ml (30-70) is normal. My question is can VIT D deficiency cause vertigo or dizziness and what medicine is to take to overcome this?
