I did ear piercing last February.But still toomuch pus is coming out everyday and selling is also there and too much of pain to the whole ears

I have a lymph node in my underarm and it's really painful. It happened once last month but it was small and it disappeared after 3/4 days. This time it's there from last 3-4 days and is increasing in size and it's severely painful.
