I experience some kind of cold pull/push feeling  in ears, usually when moving out of air conditioned environment to outside and vice versa. Same time also some stiffness in shoulders and neck. This results in loss of balance, in such situations I find my self shaking my legs, unable to stand straight and turn around my neck. What is causing this and who should I consult

I was a patient at an sti clinic and had a blood test. I know for a fact that the nurse saw a syphillis patient before me and took their blood, she did a blood test on me straight after and she did not wash her hands or wear gloves. I have had a small firm palpule on my arm where she put the needle in that formed 10 days after the test and has not changed in about 3 days. Can syphillis remain on someone's hand and be transferred onto my skin and enter into my bloodstream
