I have missed my period by 6 days, I have all the symptoms but no period. I have a lot of aches and pains what should I do?

I’m 23 year old female I’m healthy but overweight. Every time I eat I feel very sleepy after, so sleepy that I can’t stay awake. This problem has been gradually been getting worse over the last few month. I’m not sure what’s wrong with me. The bigger the portion the harder it is for me to stay awake. I sleep a lot and it’s starting to affect my daily life . What should I do?

In 2002, I was bitten by a street puppy dog due to play with it, but I haven't takes vaccination that time, After that, in 2010, I was scratched by a street dog, and takes complete 5 doses of vaccination (0,3,7,14 & 28) *** AM I SAFE FOR FUTURE? As I didn't takes vaccination at my first dog bites in 2002. Please answer clearly...

Hello Doctor, Suddenly I am having dark blue marks on my right arm (which is 3-4days old), left thighs(2dys) n now it's coming on right thigh as well... The mark is painful. The one which is on my arm is fading away, the color n pain is reducing... What could be the reason? Do I have to worry about something serious happening with my body? N which doctor do I consult for these marks? I have attached pictures for reference...

Most of the time I do feel flu and runny noses all of sudden, which gets fine in some time. But this is very frequent almost every other day. I had similar condition 5 years back for almost 12-14 months and I consulted doctor he found high esnophillia count on my blood and give medicine for 3-4 month with one allergy tablet montek-LC and enhaler named enhale. Which helped me to stay fit till now. But again the same situation. Please help.

I’ve had ringworm (or what I think is ringworm) for over 2 weeks. My mother told me to crush up garlic and keep it on for an hour. After doing that it’s turned brown but still bright red around the brown and dark brown spots. How do I know if the garlic is working? Does it mean it’s working if it’s stings and turned it brown instead of bright red?
