Flu

I hv post nasal drip for 2 yrs. I frequently get cold and runny nose which doesn't go for atleast 15 days. Also lot of mucus comes out through nose and throat, need to clear several times a day. Smtimes I also feel heartburn and vomiting. Visited Gastroenterologist and ENT but no relief. Now visited Pulmonologist, suggested some tests. Remark in x ray chest pa as "prominent bronchovascular markings on both sides" and "few ill defined nodular opacities scattered in both lungs". As per blood tests, eosinophils count is high (8.8) and IgE count is also high (643). I have next appointment with pulmonologist in next week. Taking advised medicines till the time. But is this very serious? Any urgency of immediate action? Am I suffering with serious desease?

Every once in a great while my stool will be very, very light in color. I haven't been eating or taking anything different. What can cause this?

Hi on 18 aug sat night 11 pm I snorted 2 lines of crystal meth and smoked 2-3 puff of weed. I am not into drugs it was my first time without the knowledge of it. I dont feel good since then today morning i slept lil but i still have dizzyness i did diarrhea since Saturday drank lots of fluids I have lil chest pain on and off .

I got this infection in my blood vessel right hand after being given a saline +antibiotic for viral fever. It has been about 2 weeks, my vein has become hard which my doctor says is due to fibrosis and no issues., but problem is the pain keeps on coming irregularly. Is it a thing to worry, should i look for second opinion. Just confused.
