My stomach has been upset for a couple of weeks. Queasiness, bloating, gas, belching, incomplete bowel movements, lack of appetite. In about 10 days I am facing a glaucoma/cataract surgery, and the other eye 2 weeks later. I'm wondering if I just have a nervous stomach. I do feel rather nervous about the whole thing because this is something new for me. I have taken medication for anxiety as needed.

I was having severe weakness and muscle pain.i done a reports of vitamin b12 and vitamin d.  Vitamin d level was 10 and vitamin b12 level was 176..after that i took injection of both vitamin b12 and vitamin d...also taking tablets of b12 every night...and uprise for vitamin d every weak...after 4 days i again done a test...now vitamin b12 level was greater than 2000...what???...and vitamin d level was 17...how...

TSH level is 129.93.what should I do?? Should I take 50mg or more than that.i feel very low always.plz recommend me some medicine
