The right side of the roof of my mouth (I think soft pallette) has become quite swollen and is very irritating.

Am tired all the time, I have no energy, am sleepy and felling like I want to vomit all the time.

I need a general fitness checkup to be done for myself before I leave for the trek this friday.how can it be made possible?

I have been vomiting undigested food. I vomit everything even water.yesterday evening i vomited all the food i ate in the afternoon and it was undigested with red matter on top like blood. What could it possibly be? it started a while ago and went to the hospital diagnosed with blood infection and took antibiotics and recovered. But the vomiting has been worse i vomit after am done eating.
