I have white stuff aROUND MY vigina and its itchy at times what ight be the problem?

I have very heavy breathing and my heart races over walking up the stairs. If i take part in any exercise i get very bad tightness in my chest and shoulders and it feels like i have a lump in my throat, i then get dizzy

There is blood in stool or when I wipe on the days that I poop more than 2 times. If I defacte for the 3rd time in a single day blood will show bright red. Its painless but I'm wondering if it's a serious medical condition

I have got menses since yesterday with lots of pain n cramps in the abdomen. And today my pressure is very low.

I experienced a spike in my heart rate that started with a tight feeling in my upper chest that felt like it was pulling in. Then I felt my heart start beating harder. I decided to measure my bpm and it was at 220. I was just walking out of a room. I wasn't going fast or anything. My normal resting heart rate is usually higher than normal but never this high.

I can feel my left  hand vibrating occassionally . Vibration occur near elbow. Not only i feel it . Vibration is clearly visible.

I have hypertension and I was prescribed hydrochlorothiazide 25mg and Lisinopril 40mg. I have been taking this medication for 10 years. The doctor I see will no longer be able prescribed a year's worth of medication and it's severely inconveniencing me as I am an older individual. Why would this be and what can I do? Thank you!
