My face is more asymmetrical than the average person. This is due to stress about homeschooling for the past two years. My left side is underdeveloped and my entire jaw shifted to the left. This is all due to bad posture, but will fixing my posture fix the asymmetry over time?

I have a lump on my head (about the size of a ping pong ball or a bit smaller) and have for several months. It is somewhat firm but can be squashed with pressure. It is not noticable as it is under my hair. I also have sensitive patches on my scalp and often feel pressure or tension around my head, most often at the back or side.

On september 18th was my ovulation day, since that day ive started to have a brownish discharge and on september 20th i started bleeding like a normal period even though i still have abcouple pf weeks til my period comes. On 9/15 I ate some hallucinogenic mushrooms. The following evening I had a small red patch that developed beneath my breast. A week later my body is covered in a rash/ hives.
