Hi i am rajvel..i have a small problem.when i am using western toilet for around 20 min my legs are num and feeling chilled cant get up in my feet its taking some time to stand ...why is this hapenning..and last time i was having high colestral levels i am doing work out and eating healthy foods came to 98kg from 105kg..in 3 weeks still doing work out and diet .

I have vitamim d deficiency which was less than 10 (75-110 was normal value) and rest of the values were normal for which the doctor precribed me D3 60k and i started feeling well after 3 weeks but after that i started feeling unwell again after which he prescribed me bio d3 plus which is also not working well. I feel lack of energy (brain fog, confused) also gastritis for which i was precribed antacid every morning and dry throat n mouth every day and muscle pain and joint pain for which doctors prescribed shine 10 which is medicine for anxiety. I wanted to ask can it be due to magnesium deficiency? Can i take a safer magnesium supplement for some week like calmag by amway magnesium citrate 200 to see if it makes me feel well perhaps. Please help.

Till the time n lying on my bed m ok. When I start walking feeling not well n vomiting start. No other problem was there. Temp. Also normal. Whenever I walk or shake my head feeling of vomit starts.
