Black stools from last 15 days. No constipation and no other symptoms. Currently taking Vertin , Himalaya oxitard and antibiotics prescribed by ent dr for perforation in eardrum. Is that due to these medications?

I had skin allergy and took the blood test 1 month before. Before 1 month my platelet count was 448thousand cells/cum and now my platelet count is 424 thousand cells/cumm. My allergy is 80% reduced now. Even then the platelet count is high. 2 years before when i took the platelet count that time also i had high platelet count. Why is this so?

So I consulted one doc he prescribed me Nurokind-Lc and setoloac-300 I took medicines for almost 2 months... But when stopped the pain is back... I don't know what to do...please suggest me something because sometimes the pain is so intense...
