I fell breathlessness in every small work. Who should I referred my self plz give some guideline...plz

Wife is suffering from body pain since 4-5 months. Initially doctors were saying? Lukemia? Lymphoma? TB? SLE? Sarcoidosis Adter visiting TMH, Mumbai they have ruled out any blood cancer & referred to pulmonologist. After FOB & GeneXpert low level of TB detected & ATT going on. But still body pain persists. Pls help

Since 2 -3 weeks I am experiencing mild cough and I have to spit like 100 times a day and I should keep cleaning my nose for the entire day . I always feel the sputum rolling over in my throat. My nostrils are blocked most of the time and I have to breathe through my mouth and sometimes I even feel breathlessness. Sometimes I even get a headache like heaviness and itchy sensation in my eyes. Please suggest me a remedy for this.

I was taking pan d along with acitrom and antibiotics since a month,because I had SVT in leg, now when I am only taking acitrom4mg since a week. Now I developed fever, I feel too tired and main problem is I feel nausea. I am hungry but can't eat anything, if I eat I feel nausea. I also have orbital pain and mild headache sometimes. I am sleeping much more than usual. And I am too lazy nowadays. I am really fed up and need a help. When a week earlier I was having antibiotics , I felt too hungry, and as soon as I have food I need to go to pass stools.

I am having dry cough from like 3 weeks, it was mild in the starting but slowly it became serious.It is fine during the day. But whooping cough happens at night and it looks like cough is chocking me, it enters into my wind pipe and it becomes hard to breath. Tried several syrups and medications none of them helped. Please suggest what could be this and what steps I should follow to get rid of this.
