Hi, I am a 26 years old, In my family we are not eating Garlic or Onion in our daily diet but i found some amazing benefits of garlic which can attract to me. And it is reduce bad cholesterol which high is in my body.  Can I eat Himalaya​ Lasuana (Garlic pill) or (Himalaya Wellness Pure Herbs Lasuna Cardiac Wellness tablet) which are available in the market.
