I have been prescribed with mucolite and cifran500 tablets for cold but i forgot to tell the physician that i am breastfeeding. Is it ok to take the prescribed medicine?

Hi Doctor,I'm suffering from INFECTIOUS DIEASES , bacteria - STAPHYLOCOCCUS AUREUS. It's reoccurring and coming back with frequency of 1 or 2 months. Its all started from January 2019 and since then I've suffered from this 4 times(Left knee & Index finger, Chin, Nose, Scortum). I've referred multiple doc's and after taken antibiotics - LIZOLID, CLARTHOMYCIN it has again reappread (this time on right scortum) Everytime it trigger FEVER. I've done sumeg dressings but still the area bulged up and pain increases.Initially when it happened on Left knee, it became CARBUNCLE and I had to undergo through Surgery under anesthesia to get that sorted out.I also had PUS AND BLOOD C&S both major times and both are POSITIVE and says STAPH A. Attached are the report for your reference. I have got the NASAL SWAB test, both times results were NEGATIVE. I have given the BLOOD C&S sample and both time it was NEGATIVE. Pls. help identifying the ROOT CAUSE and HOW CAN I PREVENT THIS to happen in future.
