Please refer the attached picture and let know how can this be avoided. It's itchy and sometimes automatically reduces and increases. I have stopped blood thinners and now only on thyroid medicine. I had piles and this is cured with high fiber diet. I'm also experiencing severe knee pain, please let know if their us something that I can do. Looking forward and positive response.

My mother had a head Injury today.. Her head hit the tap in bathroom. There was a minor cut and bleeding so I did a basic first aid with some antiseptic solution. Now it's not bleeding but there i swelling around the cut.. What should we do next..? Should we foment with hot water or ice? Plz help
