Flu

Hello Since yesterday, I am having fever and headache. Since today morning, i am feeling shivering and weakness..technically i am not shivering but rather feeling like that. i am unable to do my daily chores properly. fever on thermometer is 99.4 but my husband temp is 97.2 ..so i dont know if my fever is more than 99.4 I have no sore throat, cough, sneeze, chest and respiratory issues. I havent been to any foreign nation and I am cooped up in my house since march 10. my husband went delhi last week but he is all good. in light of covid infection, shall i go and see a physician or is it simply a case of excessive stress as i am managing house work and office work which is causing stress.

The people around me is sick but I wasn't showing any symptoms. Will I be able to spread the virus when there is no symptoms shown?

I got my thyroid tested for the first time. T3 and T4 are in normal range but my TSH is slightly high i.e 5.27. What does this mean and what should i do about it? Should i start any medication or not?

I went to bed after eating suddenly i wake up after few mintues i feel like shortness of breath so i sit on bed for sometime then feel okk also suffering from constant belching burping and looks like acid refulx what is the cause for breathing difficulty is it due to acid refulx and GERD ?

Hello Dr, Had cold which recovered last 2 days, but started with cough mostly dry, it's like something stuck in throat and i had to purposely cough to swallow ,itichy throat. No travel history, no fever, under lockdown, Had gone out few times for household items and grocery/vegetable Please suggest medicine.
