Platelet count is showing 0.79 lakh/cumm. Is this normal or moderate? Can this be treated without transfusion?

My wife has been experiencing back pain since last 7-8 days. She is not able to seat in idle position for more than 5minutes. The problem is with the seating only, standing or lying is not causing any discomfort

62/F, diabetic, new onset hypertension 160/100 noticed when speech is slurred,no LOC, No weakness, no palsy, started on antihypertensives and done NCCT after 5 days which came normal, started on aspirin after which speech became normal followed by MRI after 15 days which came out to be normal, Now is there any indication to continue using low dose aspirin 75mg or can she stop it?? She is using aspirin since 20 days..

Doctor yesterday night around 9.30 pmmy mother experienced itching on her right hand fingers..Followed by that post 1 hr after that, she experienced a bit swollen fingers of her right hand and she felt her fingers bit hard and numb..but yes she do had sensation in them..what might be the reason??
