I am feeling shortness of breath from the last 2-3 days.went out to purchase groceries 6 days . No fever , no cough, no cold.. only shortness of breath. Could it be corona virus? Will fever come definitely along with shortness of breath in corona virus cases?

I have heaviness and tightness with pain in the part which i show in pic I can eat drink normally I dont have fever I use luke warm water everytime when i drink water So whats the reason is it thyroid or anything please tell me?

I have been taking montec lc for the last two years for cough ,but there is no result at all..it starts and starts again whenever I stop taking it. But doctors are telling me to continue with it. Tablets are ok we can clean by wiping with a soap water cloth of course without opening anything. Big how about Nadal spray or vitamin liquids. Just wiping with a clean cloth using soap water is fine. Thank you
