Got my sisters typhoid report yesterday. Typhi o negative Typhi h positive 1:80 and 1: 160 Paratyphi all negative Typhoid or not

Hi Doctor, Good afternoon Sir, From last 4-5 days , I am having weakness like tendency and my blood pressure is also low. I am constantly monitoring my Pressure, and it's fluctuating around 100/60.(20th March 100/60,  21st March 105/65,  22nd March 100/60,  24th March 105/65,  25th March 100/60)   I am taking 2 medicines for Blood Pressure Olmighty 20 and CTD 6.25. I am taking medicine for blood pressure from last 6 months. Is there any need to decrease the medicines? Kindly suggest. Thank you.

My 23 months old suffers from constipation. She dont eat sugar so much. She prefers milk and curd without sugar.does it cause constipation. I give lactulose syrup ,then she do easily.is it ok to give this syrup often. I give oats,flax seed ,chia seeds daily in dinner. Plenty of water, still she suffers Her appetite is also low

My brother 42 yrs had fever of 99.9 on 27th May consulted doctor on phone ..he suggested test cbc n xray chest.. Chest xray all normal Then prescribed lanol er twice a day n antibiotic loxof 500 with allergic cough syrup grillinctus Till yesterday he had temp of 99 or 101 at morning time between 6.30 - 8 n same at evening time. It remains for 10-15 mins only. Today since morning no temperature..max till 99.4 but now again 101.3. What's the reason??

I have chickenpox in mid of march its cure after that Suffered acid reflux its also cured.but from that time i have a itching all over the body mild itching sometimes. Its stopped for some days again start. Sometime scalp itching.Sometimes only nose itching while doing only breakfast time sometime when i am alone itching start. When i am busy or playing game or outside of home its not itching even in night or sleeping itching is not there. Why this happens its a illness or general anxiety.I have check LFT CBC thyroid and sugar one month before. Random sugar is 103 T3 is 1.25 T4 is 10.82 Ultra TSH is 1.69 Please find attached
