Please explain my fnac and ultrasound resort of my swollen lymph node. It is persistent for 6 months. What to do next? Is there a chance of malignancy like lymphoma?

She's not recovering with cold and cough I am little worried about that There is no relief in cough even after taking enough medicines

I had swollen lymph nodes for 6 months which is painful to touch. It has not increased in size. Fnac says it is reactive. I had not experienced any other symtoms. These are ultrasound report of my nodes. Just by looking at report can u tell me whether it is malignant or not. Do i need to do excisional biopsy?

What happens is all of a sudden, i started feeling internal vibration like a motor engine's vibration since 4 days.Actually i was administered that i was having vitamin deficiences earlier a month.But after it was gone for like for few weeks.Then again it started since 4 days.What is actually the only root cause for all these?. PS:-Please suggest me some tips and medications for the same at the earliest, dear doctors!!

I took macfolate for 10 days...because of b12 deficiency...but my knee swelled...and swelling is clearly visible...and not going away after taking predinsolon and anti-inflammatory also I also have rheumatoid arthritis
