Is ciplox 500 and cefi 200 safe to take in typhoid fever.please suggest me.can we take both antibiotic?

From the last 5-8 days i am having a  bitter taste/metalic taste in my tongue, not able to communicate properly forgetting words and there is no issue in talking. Feeling not well from inside. Today my BP is 110/80 Please guide me, whether this symptoms are a sign of serious condition or something else?

I had severe throat infection in February even I was unable to speak. After that whenever I take something cold like cold water or ice cream my throat starts paining immediately. From then 3 times I got infection. Don't have any cough.only pain is there .this time I got mild fever, 99 degree Only for one day. From yesterday I don't have fever but throat pain is there. I am taking gudcef cv 100 & febrex plus after consulting local BAHMS doctor.

I have made a chart and observed that my body temperature has been fluctuating between 98.4°F and 100°F since past 3 days. I haven't gone out anywhere since past three months and haven't come in contact with any covid positive patient so that somehow rules out the chances of being covid positive. I have no other symptoms like coughing, sneezing or vomiting. Some times I just feels waves of weakness but not for long enough. Is there something I could do as a remedy or does it points to something serious?

Sir I undergone angio plat in May 2017 and have two stunts. I'm taking ecosprin cilakar and thronam. Now I have taken latest blood test. All are normal like bllod counts lipid profile etc. But my biliburin level is 1.34 and it is highlighted. And I have B 12 vitamin deficiency. Level is 181. Normal level 211. What can I do sir.
