Flu

Getting temprature in evening since last 7 days and temperature varies from 99 to 99.7 f mostly but sometimes 100 f. I have consulted with doctor and went for medicines (Azithral 500, dolo 650, Montek LC  ) for 5 days but still having same condition. Temperature goes down after dolo and some time having cough with pressure as well but not continuous. Sometime feeling pain in chest as well.

What is body temp when shall we consider its fever?. My temp varies from 97.8 (early morning 4.00 am )  to 98.8 F during day time. Does I need to worry? Pl advice

Sometimes l feel heaviness between ocipital and parietal region of head . It creates problem in concentrating on my studies .
