I recently got reports for my regular blood and urine test. Here are some problematic area: Haemoglobin - 11.2 gm/dl RBC count - 3.17 Millions/cmm SGPT - 87.64 IU/L SGOT 60.04 IU/L TSH thyroid - 11.49 ulU/m Vitamin D - 6.89 ng/mL Vitamin B12 - 184 pg/ml Please suggest medicines and diet accordingly. Also please suggest if there's any major concern that needs to be taken care of. I'm not suffering or facing from any specific problem. I'm having home cooked vegetarian Indian meal and working out for half an hour every alternate day. Tried morning walk in the morning but had severe muscle pain in my legs after 2 days of walk. Hence, discontinued my walk since then.

Due to covid 19 i was constantly working from my phone as i had left my laptop at office but from last 2 to 3 days i am feeling tickling sensation on my hands and some times on my feet is it due to continous exposure to mobile..And now i have stopped using mobile frequently.. Can you suggest me ways to overcome this

How to identify normal fever and this virus fever? Virus fever means continuously it will be heat or sometimes.. And also one more doubt after 14days only fever will come or in how many days it can identify. Thank you

I met a friend of mine at that time he had no symptoms but just after 3days he developed fever and so he got tested for covid which came out postive. Since then i have been islolating myself and i have completed 14days of isolation. i dont have any symptoms No fever cough. What should i do now???

My temperature is 99.2 to 99.8 , i take temperature by mouth. Is it i have fever. What is normal temperature. Sometimes i feel my ears are little hot but body is not hot any time.

I have headache which feels on the top of the head. I took paracetamol. Got relief for some time and it is back again. Please guide.. I don't have any underlying condition and I usually do not feel such headaches often.. I don't know why it's happening..
