During routine blood check up i found my calcium level 8.4 is it normal as I see the normal range from 8.5 to 11 , should I do more investigation plz tell me

Feeling burning sensation in one of ear ,both foot ,hand and sometimes a mild burning sensation in eyes but does not have any body temperature like fever but feels better when are in air conditioner.
