Had CBC today,esophinil absolute count is 760.No allergy no asthama. Fever like symtoyms but no fever from last 2 months. Do i need to worry ?

I do suffer from headache.it happens mostly in evening. It occurs when I shout loudly or when I return from work after a hectic day. It cures naturally after relaxing or after sleeping for 1hr. But all time it's not possible for me to take a nap at evening.what should I do to prevent this headache permanently? It mostly occurs in forehead and occurs mostly in summer or monsoon. Please provide a solution

And also whoever is coming to home after they went immediately washing gates , doors, and whether they touched. Always I'm using soap and my hands looking like differently.. vegetables, fruits, milk packets etc everything washing soap only. Is this good or not. I'm always washing and not like before. Hi, From 4 days I am feeling weakness and from 3rd day I am having Constant heavyness in chest and frequent mild pain in chest.4th day my throat started hurting and also have discomfort in stomach.I have back pain and weakness is getting worse day by day.I don't have cold cough or fever. Can you please suggest if these are symptoms for covid? Do I need to go for covid test?

I have a night sweat very often but i dont have any other symptoms.only have fungal infection on knee and its now cure only applying lulifin cream. No other medicine.
