Before 6 month i diagnosis with mild h pylori infection after that i take antibiotics to remove it, can h pylori re occurs? After 6 months doctors said that i have gastritis that means h pylori are back? is there some test to know about hpylori i already done with upper endo please advise

I have been taking montair lc for my allergies and i take it around 9 or so and when i take it within 20-30 mins my head gets heavy and dizzy in the same way its in the morning i wake up with headache and fatigue heavy head is it due montair lc

He just has fever of 100..which came down after taking paracetamol tablet once.. he doesn't have any cough or cold or breathing issue. He just has headache which goes n comes once he took vapour.. is it a covid concern and what should be the medication? No travel history. Area is out of red zone.

Sir today went to shop and came.. that  was a small shop and inside few members was there.. after came out from shop i cleaned hands using sanitizer. Then after reached home took bath  and washed clothes only using water without soap and dried in sunlight.. But still having little doubt that i didn't wash my clothes with soap. Sir i have a doubt.. He is residing orange zone. One of my friend. He went to shop today. Inside around 20 members was there and it was a small shop. Didn't maintain social distance. But all was wearing clothes around their mouth. He too was wearing handkerchief around his neck. Two doubts 1. will it be any problem to him because he was wearing normal handkerchief and  they didn't maintain social distancing.. he was their in shop nearly 30 mins.  After he came out from that used santizier.. 2. Only with water wash this virus will go or not
