I am covid 19 positive , i have no symptoms from 5 days should I go to test or i should wait for 14 days?

I have been having muscles and joint pain from last 3 weeks. Got myself tested for covid19 antigen test 3 weeks ago and it was negative. Then the doctor got me tested, and I ws diagnosed with Typhoid. But after taking medicines for 3 weeks, still pain comes nd goes in my hands and legs. Please suggest.

I am having fever since yesterday. Taken a paracetamol. Fever goes but again after 4 to 5 hours fever came and also headache. No sign of cough or cold but the body is really weak, even unable to do daily routine works due to weakness.

Suffering from allergic rhinitis... It always stay itchy nose ... Very annoying...sometimes running nose as well, and irritarion reaches to eyes as well.

Started with discomfort in the stomach, nauseating feeling which leads to mild head ache and sever. Have been getting it for the past 23 years. Over the years have observed that it comes twice in the month , during two female hormone secretions cycle. For the past two years I take Headset pill to kill the pain. Just too fed up with this. One of the doctor prescribed sibilium which worked initially. But eventually showing less effect started gaining weight. Just too fed up with this. It's very unpredictable , some say it's stress related and I feel it's true sometimes . I physically fit and regular in exercise and maintain a healthy diet.
