I m having fever from 3 days fever is 98,99 and from now onwards m feeling slight pain in my left side throat can it be corona?

I have few concerns because I have a 7 month old daughter. - Can ONLY sore throat symptom be a sign of covid? -What precautions should I take to recover from it? - Do I need to self isolate myselft by having this symptom?
