My Crp level is 1.96 and hemoglobin 16.7 with neutrophils 56% I had some skin infection week back is it too high

My mother was suffering from mild fever ranging between 99.5-100.5 since 1 month ..after doing all test her blood culture report came positive which I attached above...so doctor suggested Moxicip 1 dose daily for 7 days n said if if fever persue then switch to IV...after 2 days fever came down to 99 then 3-4 days it was normal then again on 5 day it was 99.5 twice a day n subside without taking medicine...now we r confused is medicine working or not...should we continue medicine or switch to IV...if continue then for how many days n how to b sure medicine is working? Should we repeat culture???

I have been suffering from gastric problem. There are really loud burps and along that there are ulcers in my tongue and at the back around the tonsil area. Are they both connected? The ulcers have somewhat settled now but there is sometimes burning sensation on my tongue and though less but the gastric problem still persists. Any help?

I have piles and fissure problem from 6-7 years. I have consulted suegeon and he says you do not need surgery..but every time after defacation i feel severe pain for hours..daily i m going through this. Only a sitz bath helps..will i never be able to have a healthy anus..i cannot even put ointment inside it is so much painful..the finger will not go inside.. dr says your anus is not tight it is fine but i feel so much severe pain since years..even if not constipated..after every stool pain for hours is a must. This pain does not leaves my anus. Please help me.
