I started having hot water/milk with turmeric every n every intake from last  two weeks because of which I feel more gastric. Now I stopped taking turmeric and am.kind of feeling better than before. Kindly advise what medicine should I use to get early releif

My wife had fever since yesterday afternoon and was 99.6 at night. He took Crocin 650 tablet at night, it was fine overnight but then 100 F fever was coming in the morning. And the whole body is ache . Then the medicine is cured by eating. Even in the afternoon there is a 100 F fever.
