Hi mam/sir my grandfather of age 65 i cheked bp by bp machine it showed 107/70 we should remove 10 digits from dis value or we should consider the same value is it normal or low please suggest me

Hello im suffering from swollen lymph nodes for 6 months in posterior neck. The lymph is 1.2*0.7cm . It is soft and moveable. I also had one lymph node swollen in my groin region which is palpable but ultrasound showed it is 0.5*0.4cm.Im suffering from rectal prolapse for 12,13 years and occasionally blood also comes out while pooping. Can this be the reason for swollen lymph nodes. Fnac of swollen lymph nodes shows feature of reactive lymphadenitis in background of rbc. Can rectal prolapse   be  symtoms of rectal cancer. The size of lymph nodes has remained constant throughout.

Having wet cough, and usually the cough with phelgem some time will come in morning. Also the cough sound will be coughing type. Usually it comes in.morning. No running nose, no sneezing. No fever Sometimes sore throat will be there.

Having fever since three  to four days and cough Also patient of B.P (high) and also taking pills .

Dear sir Have frequent tonsils so take Azithromycin 500 mg 3days and cheston cold 5days twice a day Since normal and mbbs dr gives medicine for many days from their clinic can't afford paying them for 1week Taking Azithromycin course  as above once I a month or few months can create any issues? , Doing KFT AND LFT every6mths Thanks Hardik

Hi. I have difficulty breathing. For every 4 to 5 normal breathe I have to take one deep mouth through mouth. I also sneeze a lot. Sometimes dry mouth, throat, eyes. I also have acid reflux from past 2 months which makes me burp a lot.

My body temo is flucating from last 2 to 3 days in the evening only its showing 99.4 and after 5 min its showing 98.6

Sir. Was at home in lockdown but my face is getting black day by day what to do whether vitamin deficiency ?

I've been suffering from sinus since 8 years occasionally.can I take sinarest with azythromycin,should there be gap between the two doses?

Fever is not going...I have given the dolo 650mg and azithromycine ... and test for typhoid also but it was negative.. please for it..
