Earlier year before I had vitamin D deficiency and got desksel prescription, can I take now again on own ? For 4 weeks ?

As the ongoing covid-19 is going on which vitamins tablets we can take on daily basis to keep our immunity strong

Good morning doctor..i am ongoing an dog bite vaccine in govt hsptl...i completed my first dose and the balance three doses scheduled on sept 1 sept 5 sept 26...today morning in a market an another unknown street dog kept its mouth on my leg...i got a small amt of blood and i washed with soap and water for 5 minutes..the wound looks like an scratch and its not deep..it looks like scribbled..what should i do now doctor...i am really worried.. whether there is any time period for vaccine...

I went to have a covid test 5 days ago as i had certain symptoms. That day, i was put in a hospital ward that had all others like me who had symptoms and were admitted after the test. Next day, my test results came as negative. However, i did spent 1 day in that ward. On the discharge slip, doctors had asked me to be in 10 days isolation even though my test report came as negative. I wanted to ask are there good chances of getting covid by staying in a covid dedicated ward of the hospital for one day. I did wear a surgical mask the whole time. After coming back, i also changed my clothes but didn't bath as i was having fever. Its the 5th day today and i am little scared as i read that most patients get covid symptoms from 5-10 day.

Sir/ma'am I am facing difficulty in speaking from last 6 months. Before that my speech was very good. But now I mix words when I speak and also sometimes when I write. For example if I m recalling two words like "thana" and "daroga" I tend to speak and write "tharoga" and also make spelling mistakes. Further sir I can't recall very recent memory like when I talk on phone I just forget what they have said a minute before and tend to ask again Sir is this a serious issue? I don't smoke or drink no substance abuse. But I am preparing for competitive exams where I have to keep a lot of things in my mind since a long time.Had this affected the speech n memory? Please guide on how to tackle it Thanks

Only head spinning is occured ...no other problem occured... if I sleep and wake up means head spinning is shown and I drink water that time occured.
