I have been overworked for the last week, didn't get much sleep. Today I overslept and when I woke up I noticed that my feet were swollen. Even my hand felt swollen, though the swelling in my hand went down after a while. But my feet are still swollen. I don't have any pain but am a little worried. What could be the reason? Please advise.

No fever,no body pain. Bad phlegm and cough. Pls prescribe a good cough syrup. I used to take corex before but now it's not available.

My child who is 4 fell from.the bed and hit his head yesterday morning. Around 12 noon. We iced it. He was fine. No bumps or bruises. He was in pain but seemed ok and resumed activities. Today he seems dull and has fever since afternnon. Should I be worried. Is it related.

I have tested recently for TSH which is 5.540. I am regularly taking tablet thyronorm 25 mcg ..I am having irregular periods and excess weight gain..my thyroid was normal after my post pregnency and again after a year when I consulted the doctor I was tested for thyroid and taking tablet for past 1 year.. irregular periods are lasting for more than 50 to 57 days from past 5 months..past one year I didn't consult any doctor just continuing my medicine alone..

I am having hairfall due to pcos thyroid and vitamin deficiencies currently I am not using any serum for hairloss I have diffuse thinning can I use minoxidil2% as I am a girl and I m 19 kindly give advises my hairloss is not patchy its diffuse and I am losing hair since may 2020 my hair is very thin kindly advise me on using minoxidil

Is minoxidil 2% effective in treating hair loss as my doc suggested it to me should I start using it I am having diffuse thinning all over the scalp

My father's Blood reports came today, Serum Creatinine is 1.3, HIGH normal range is( 0.6-1.1) BUN/SR Creatinine Ratio is 8.55 LOW normal( 9:1- 23:1) Uric Acid 7.4 HIGH normal (4.2-7.3) BUN 11.11 which is normal. eGFR is 58 which is mild to moderate decline in Kidney function (calculated on the basis of serum creatinine). Is there any way by which the progression of Chronic Kidney Disease be reduced? Any medication or lifestyle change?

From past 4 weeks I have mild eye burning and in between headheaviness and my face near eyes got itching/burning sensation and pain in upper back. I got my eyes checked need glass for 1.25. Gone full body check all ok except B12 and vitamin D its quite less.  I am suffering from tinnitus from past 6 wk now the sound got reduced substantially. I have been suffering with pain in both shoulder and neck, back pain also. I had pain killer neurofibromas yesterday night. Since morning I have diarrhoea and nausea, bloating, stomach ache and feverish also. I correlate all and I feel I have major health issue. I don't understand which specialist I need to contact, am really very much worried
