A depression patient has not been able to sleep for the past couple of days and is looking for a medicine that could help him sleep. He had tuberculosis a few years ago but has been cured now. Also, he was recently diagnosed with asthma and is on medication (dofasma and formonide inhaler). He recently stopped taking Montair-LC. I have also attached his prescription along. I request you to suggest a medicine to induce sleep.

I am having headache and at only one point of rhs is paining which is at the end of forhead where there is a bit depression. At that point only. Along with it, my ear is also having pain. I am also experiencing acidity. Noise and light is also making it more irritated. This happens more often with me.. sometimes neck pain also starts.. I am bit scared is this a problem  migraine or not.. or its just a acidity.. pls help me out..

My Platelets count is 1,22,000 . Billirubin (t) is 2.3 and (d) is 0.6 mg/dl. Is high since 8 month. I am having diet suggested by doctor. Recent test result(before 10 days) reveals that  Hepatitis B,C ,HIV Negative , ANA normal .  Hepatitis A is positive. Is HAV the reason for my increased billirubin  . If yes then How long will HAV take to cure . It's already been 8 month but billirubin is not in level . I have attached my LFT,CBC and USG of abdominal . Thank you so much.

Hi I have the following symptoms all on right side- back head pain, side head pain, jaw pain and difficulty in movement with click sounds, ear fullness feeling, sometimes feel a bit hazzy vision and arm or leg numbness rarely. While the headache is going on from sometime for which doctor gave me anxiety related medication. The other symptoms have started from around a week. Can someone help me with what the issue looks like and whom should I consult?

Hi, my self indra from kolkata. I am going through dizziness since September'2020. In November was detected with covid as well but was in home quarantine. BP is normal and blood sugar level is also in limits.

How is low TLC count diagnosed ? i have a 3.2 TLC count out of 4-10 range. Low grade feverish since many months. what is the next step of diagnosis?
