Since two days I am facing quite itching and some red spots on the body,please tell me what could be the reason for it

I had covid in December with anosmia, but recovered completely in Jan first week Then after 2 weeks my Psoriasis flared up so I took 2 dose of 2mg Methotrexate, but then I had sinus infection again And my COVID symptoms started appearing again along with smell loss My RT-PCR is negative I have tested it 2 days back It's been 21 days I'm suffering from Hyposmia My ENT doctor suggested a dose of 40 mg Prednisolone, should I go with it?

Recently i have done colonoscopy report shows normal.but 3 months ago i had piles (according to sigmoidoscopy)hence the colonoscopy report shows no piles.but i have constipation and bloody stool problem.i also have near naval area left and right side pain. I want to add that in the middle of the colonoscopy process the machine had stopped working and the doctor repairs the machine and then did my colonoscopy again. What i want to know can i believe in this report as i have a bloody stool but report says no piles. Is it due to ibs only?or something else?what do you think doctor?please give me your valuable reply it means a lot to me.

Hello there,          My mother is suffering pain in leg from knee to ankle since two years back. The vains are visible in the area where it pains. We consulted many doctors but it didn't helped much in her condition. I want to ask either should I consult with a neurologist or orthopaedic for this condition. Thanks Regards Abhishek

I had cold 5-6 days back with no fever (nothing) but now i have wet cough with white sputum... The frequency is very low but sometimes there is constant sense that i will cough now i wil cough now but i dont and also when i force breathe out there is a bit of khadh khadh sound and sometimes i cough when i force breathe out..i am really confused that is there anything to worry about...??
