Who's cough serup will suitable for 4 month pregnent lady and not impact on baby. Its happing from last 2.3 days

I have dry cough since 2 weeks now and had taken prescribed medicine but not affecting. Also uneasiness in chest which is very low but starts when coughing. I also hear nasal sound when trying to sleep. Any remedy for this?
