While visiting barber for hair and beard cutting barber used the blade but I fear of spreading HIV infection through blade used. Does it is a concern for HIV infection or just my fear?

I'm feeling shaky, hungry n lightheadedness once in month or so specially happens in afternoon before lunch time when im sitting idle not doing anything.. I have this issue from almost a year.. I'm not diabetic Hba1c - 5.4 and is bp is also normal.. Today i got the sugar test machine i tested when i had those symptoms my sugar level is 70.. now after lunch I'm normal no symptoms nothing and from almost 7-8 months i have cut down sugar n sweet items, I was also taking ashwagandha for some months it helped alot i didn't had any symptom when taking it continuously now i don't take regularly, What might be the issue plz help me.. And due to anxiety or panic attack sugar level drops??

Dear Doctor, My mother is 59 year old with comorbodities like diabetes from last 10 years and is also undergoing treatemenr for diabetic retinopathy.
