What are the benefits of eating chia seeds and basil seeds at night? Can I eat fruits with soaked chia / basil with other nuts and seeds at night?

I am facing problem of heaviness in eyes...due to which I have problem in concentration and focusing while reading...from last 20 days I am taking Censpram Lite one tablet daily...There is improvement in my symptoms of heaviness of my eyes...now I feeling better...I want to know how much time I have to take Censpram lite ...any side effect of this medication...whether any addiction issue with this medicine...

From one two days i am noticing blood in right nostril. Neither it is blowing nor dripping. It is not even paining. No blockage. No runny nose. But i am feeling my both nostrils so dry. Whenever i touch inside my nostril, my finger came out wet in blood. Yesterday i cleaned my nostril properly, but again today(in evening) i noticed blood again. I have tiny pimple inside my left nostril but about right , i am not very sure. What is it? Is it happening due to changing of weather? because summers are coming. What should i do? I have pain in my stomach since last night, aggravates after eating. Around umbilicus, left right part everywhere especially after i lie down. Diarrhoea two three times and slight fever and body ache. Now only stomach pain. Always having trouble with heart burn and burning pain with stomach.
