My bp is 96/75and pulse is 120 plu is this harmful . dry nose while taking breath and uncomfortable in sleeping.but I don't have runny nose now fluid is little solid.

Getting fever since 8 days
I have cough and I m getting fever since the past 8 days. It is always below 102 so it goes away when I take paracetamol. My covid test is pending, if it's covid, how long does the fever last. I have been taking 4 paracetamol tabs each day since past 8 days. Is it ok ? My oxygen level is normal 96-97

Facing issue in cuff,cold and fever in
Facing issue in cold, cuff and fever in last 3 days. In midnight fever is very high.
