Methylprednisolone drug test
Hi just two days back recovered from covid as part of treatment I took methylprednisolone for 10 days 8mg. Now I am returned to work.as part of yearly drug test I have to undergo drug test. Does usage of methylprednisolone gives positive drug test?? Please help

COVID +ve from last 8 days
My father is COVID +ve from last 8 days, but temperature is still around 99-100.
He has completed fabiflu 7 day dose. Currently he is taking medrol 8mg, ceftum 500 mg, dolo 650 and zincovit.
HR CT score is 9. Oxygen is 99 all the time.
Should we worry about his fever not coming down? How long will fever last?

Low platelets
My patient has a low platelet count. We came to know about it in a routine blood test CBC.
She has done 3 repeat test of CBC. First test of 58,000 platelets, second test of 1,06,000 and third test of 1,30,000.
No symptoms. , nothing.
What could be the reason,?

I had my CBC test done during my covid period my WBC count was 7.30 after 21 days I had the CBC and CRP test again but my WBC was observed 4.30 , CRP is 1.30 , Haemoglobin -16.6 .Are these ok ?
