My CPR is 125 ,I was tested covid positive on 22 april My ct scan says 15 score Do I need admission in hospital?

There is a swollen mass in neck, which is painless and soft. It is present there for many years, nor its changing its size. Is there anything serious???

I was tested covid positive on 14 april and negative on 19 april 2021. From yesterday i am having mild fever again. What are chances that i have re-infected with covid-virus again. ( I went for a chest x-ray 4 days back )

I am having constant numbness in head . If I work for few minutes I'm exhausting. I have migraine earlier , now I'm experiencing frequent cluster pain on left side. Its getting tough to do daily activities, I'm doing it with breaks .

My mother had once sharp pain in chest in the morning and the next morning she got high fever Headache, lower back pain, Bitterness, And legs pain, On 25th of April... Doctor gave cefix tablet and gasteric syrup vitmin c, and osr... Fever was Low for sometime but fever came at night of the next day and back lower pain got cured and fever did not Become normal... After few days Doctor said to do Blood test, Report came - just (absolute indices) mch - was 26.6pg. ESR - 27mm/1sthr... And urine report - albumin - traces were found and epithelial cells - 6-8/hpf.. Doctor said it's normal Do Covid test... Confused What has to be done now ??? Fever is not becoming normal frequently it's coming... Can anyone suggest what to be done ?

Hi Doc, My mother has High BP and thyroid and in the past she has gone through hernia operation thrice and apendix and birth control operation. She has near about 11 operation in her life. What you suggest about covid vaccination to her? What test she need(mention specifically) like if it is blood test then what component in bood should be normal in the blood report before vaccination.
