Hello, Due to political drama and other things, covid testing is not performed any where in our city. Ita almost 6th day I started having covid symptoms. Started with cold, headache then had fever for 18 hours straight. Lost sense of smell and taste yesterday. Still fever is coming and going. How can I confirm the intensity of infection? My chest feels weird and having some pain when taking deep breath. Should I go for CT scan? If so please tell me the name of the test. Thanks

I also take voveran D on regular basis, as I have Ankylosing Spondilities, Have taken PCM -650mg a quantity of 3 and Azithromycin 500mcg as well, Please suggest, should I go for COVID test or not ?
