Doctor has suggested to continue Azithromycin tablet even after the completion of 5 days. My father doesn't have fever now. He has weakness and cough. Rest all the below medicines are continued. Please confirm if we should continue Azithromycin. Zinc Vitamin C Ivermectine Dox 100

Having fever for last 4 days (30th April Night), Taking Dolo every 6 hrs, temperature came to normal yesterday evening, So stopped taking Dolo, But temperature shoot up again to 100 today morning, started taking Dolo again, taking steam three times a day (5min each), Got antigen today which is negative, No other symptoms( soar throat or chest congestion or khansi) taking multivitamins , Pls suggest any other medicine,

Hello. My dad is taking ceftum 500 mg twice a day and dolo 650 thrice a day. Since yesterday his temperature has reduced and showed 96.7 yday night and today morning. Oxygen level is 98. Is the temperature too low? Should he stop taking dolo?
