Flu

I am suffering from joint pain since 30th April. And after 2 days headache is also persisting along with sore throat. There is no sign of fever as such and oxygen is also fine. I am unable to go for testing as there is lot of people at the centre. Meanwhile I am taking tablets like Zincalvit Multivitamins Community and limmeC Doxycycline and lactic acid bacillus by dr. Reddy Cough syrup- Ambroxol hydrochloride( medoryl -A) Azithromycin -500mg Is this fine or I should switch to something else. Kindly help.

I am having backache from morning and also loss of appetite, also having fever 99.4,I took dolo 650mg at 8pm that time my fever was 99.6 now after one hour it has risen to 100.1.I am 39yrs old weight is 74kgs and i am diabetic.kindly suggest I take gli m Starvog 0.2 Roseday 10 Tricium hd

My mother was tested Covid today as she had mild fever around (99-100)  and also having cough and cold my queries was that which medicine we should take on priority and is there any chances for taking steroids now and also she had been vacinated the 1 dose and 17 days have gone by till she was tested Covid positive will the vaccine help to fight the Covid or not

My father aged 68 years ,has been detected Covid positive, it has been 5 days since he is in isolation following the medicines as prescribed by doctor. Today blood test was done. All reports values are in range except Interleukin 6 which is 7.12 and the range shown in report is 0.00 -5.19 Does it denote any complication or is the report ok?

Doctor gave cefix tablet and gasteric syrup vitmin c, and osr... Fever was Low for sometime but fever came at night of the next day and back lower pain got cured and fever did not Become normal... After few days Doctor said to do Blood test, Report came - just (absolute indices) mch - was 26.6pg. ESR - 27mm/1sthr... And urine report - albumin - traces were found and epithelial cells - 6-8/hpf.. Doctor said it's normal Do Covid test... Confused What has to be done now ??? Fever is not becoming normal frequently it's coming... Can anyone suggest what to be done ?
