I have been having a back pain for more than a year now, sometimes it's more and sometimes less but I mostly get it when I'm sitting down on a stool without a backrest, what could be the possible causes and what are my treatment options and what kind of specialist should I consult?

Hi doctor, It has been 3 month since I recovered from covid. I am getting mild increase in temp i.e. 98.6- 99.2( max so far) after doing any work( not excersize). It goes down to 98.4 in night and 97.4 approx after wake up. I get sweating and feel bit hot while doing work. If I sit for 30min, then feels better. I am on only zincovit and limcee Medicine as of now. Why is it happening like this?? Does crp increase can do?? My sp02 while sitting is coming 97-98 ( kept finger for min 10min in oximeter). I am really affraid because of this. Request you to please answer ... Update : my lungs ct score was 12 time of covid and now it has come to 6 after 2 month.
