Sir/mam i have stomach pain since a week, i went to gynaecologist and underwent total abdomin scan and urin test both are normal, stomach pain is the only symptom i have, if i need to take the covid test which test i need to take bczi dont have cold and cough, pls suggest

I'm Undiffertiated SPA patient since 4-5 years. I was tested Covid positive on 08/04/21 and tested negative on 06/05/21. Between covid days I have stop taking arthritis medication till tested negative. I have gone for blood checkup on 29/04/21 of CRP was 4.57 and again gone for same on 06/05/21 is 15. I want to know that "Is it related to arthritis or Covid inflammation?".
