Fever ranging 99 for last three day, no other symtoms, did rt pcr but result will come after three day. Is it covid ? What to do now ?

I have been in 14 days home isolation..now what test I can do to assure myself that I am covid free other than rt pcr..I hav no symptoms except little bit of dry coughing or throat irritation sometimes. It has been more than 4 days I hav stopped taking any medication..no fever..plz tell me

But the fever is rising...after that I consult my doctor he prescribed me for the particular covid patient treatment Medcin these are (Tab DOXY/DOX-T (100) 1 tab twice daily ×7 days Tab SCAVISTA( IVERMECTIN) 12 mg 1 tab once daily after food× 5 days Tab ZINCONIA ( Zinc) 50mg 1 tab once daily after food×10 days Tab LIMCEE/ZU-C (Vit. C) 500mg  1 tab once daily after food×10 days Cap EVION 400mg 1 cap once daily after food×10 days). After taking this medicine she was fine but few days age probably last 4 dayes she is facing fever & the fever is surrounding (100-102.0° F). Now what to do please suggest me.

My husband was in contact with covid infected person from apr26 to apr29, so he was in isolation from apr30. Fever came on may2 and cough on may3, covid diagnosed on may5 and medicine course completed. Now after 16 days rtpcr is still.positive however crp is fine. Should we continue medicine and isolation
