Rabivax durability of 5 shots

My sister had 5 shots of rabivax in 2019 March suggested by doctor. Yesterday night, my sister is bitten by a stray cat(2 month old kitten). She washed her hand with soap and applied dettol. I just want to confirm, is it now required to have rabies shots again.

Headaches, dizziness post covid

I tested positive on 24th March. Suffered from moderate symptoms: fever for a week (102.8 highest), bodyache, headache. I have recovered but headaches are constant and 24*7. I also feel dizziness while walking and weakness in my legs. Headaches are better a bit but it's not going at all.  Most after waking up and before sleeping. Will they go on their own? And are there any complications if I start working out/exercising?
