Facing pain in upper middle area of chest since last night. No other issues like breathing, pain in left hand, spo2 level is 96-97. No symptoms of covid.

Hi Since a couple of days I lost my taste and smell, and before this I had mild cold (no running nose at all and recovered from cold in a day). Even if I'm corona positive and have no other symptoms, home remedies like steaming, drinking warm water, lemon juice, and proper diet if I take then no medicines are needed right? I have no fever/cold, just only lost taste and smell. Please advice. Thanks!

I was covid positive & admitted in hospital due to Oxygen fluctuations. Now I am negative & fully recovered after 1 month. But the issue with my tounge. There is a bitterness whatever I eat. My father in law was admitted in the hospital for covid Husband and brother in law use to visit them but took all precautions. Their RT-PCR test was done and it came out negative and they do not have any symptoms. I have not done the test and do not have any symptoms, will the test need to be done since they are Assympomatic and tested negative.
