Hi, recently I have done my rt pcr test, CBC,CRP,WIDAL and liver function test. In liver test my SGOT is 44.4 where normal range is upto 40. And In CBC report my PCV( hamatocride) is 50 where normal range should be 35-45 . Please suggest me what should I do to reduce it and please refer any medicine for the same. I recently got my Covid antibodies test done and found out that my antibodies are greater than 400 without the vaccination. Do i need tk get vaccinated at the first available opportunity or wait for a month before getting vaccinated?

I did the D dimer test on 10th day of my COVID symptom and it was normal (0.18). After 25 days , I am expieriencing rapid heartbeat. I went to a cardio for checkup and he did ecg , echo and it was fine. He told it's due to anxiety only . Do I need to repeat the d dimer test again ?

Hi Doctor, Need to consult on my mother blood pressure medicine. Since she had got her 2nd dose of vaccine 2 weeks back, she is having low blood pressure issue, her blood pressure comes around 100-105 without taking medicine( zilarbi 40) need your suggestion as without taking zilabri 40 her blood pressure is coming 100-105 so is there any need of continuing the medicine?

Sir its been 10 days that I had recovered from COVID. But from same day I am feeling constant pain in uper abdominal (between chest and stomach left side) but the pain is nominal. X-ray & ECG reports are normal. Also some times I feel dizziness. Please suggest what to do.

My mother has recovered from Covid 19 on 27th April. Since then she has been having chills and fatigue. Doc advised tests- cpr which is 18.5 mg/L and d-dimer which is 0.20ug/ml. She is currently on multi vitamins & vit c tablets. But she feels tired all day & experiences chills. She is also on thyroid medication-125mg per day Current TSH- 5.35. T3-0.05; T4-14.26. What should be the diagnosis given that her condition isnot improving since testing negative. Thanks
