Can virus continue to be inside us for more than a month? I tested positive on 25th April. To discontinue my isolation, took rtpcr test yesterday, it came positive while rapid antigen test came negative. I was a symptomatic this entire time.

How to count isolation period? When the symptoms started that counted or when we got tested that day counted as a first day of isolation
